iPhone 8 making Clicking noise on Video Playback

Hello!

I have the iPhone 8 and on 12.1.4 and I recently noticed after taking video on playback I hear a clicking noise that comes and goes.

Also, the video gets distorted at times on movement which has never happened before as if an optical is loose.

I’m not sure if this is hardware or software at this point.

Any help would be appreciated!
