I downloaded this game couple of months ago and I’ve spent a fortune on gems for extras, it’s been save to the cloud and logged into Facebook. I’ve just upgraded to Xs and it’s not restored probably and 90% of game play is missing.


Im really unhappy and I’ve tried emailing them but I’ve had no reply. Even tried through the game and still nothing. So I’ve been on Facebook and similar people are having the same problem


please please can you’d help

There is nothing I can do for you.

we just give answers following the Apple support documents


in my own opinion. This app should have a restore purchases in settings, a lot of apps do that and you don’t even have to sign in and out of iCloud either.


Having said that, I don’t think Apple can help with this, it’s the App developer.

Try contacting them again with the link I gave you. See if they can restore purchases or give you credits
