Game Center downlods

Hi I have a question regarding the game Center I downloaded a gaming app and it asked me to connect to the game Center so I did. When I connected with it apparently the game was previously downloaded and it did not save any of my new progress or purchases that I have purchased over the past week which is about $90 worth of purchases that are now lost how do I disconnect from the game Center so that I could redo my process because I don’t wanna lose out on all the purchases that I have made. Or how can the game sync up to reflect all the new purchases in the progress that I made because like I said it’s about $80-$90 worth of purchases that I have made in the last week week
