Setup Apple TV 4K for rental property

I am setting up my rental/vacation home for HomeKit and want to be able to block renters and guests from accessing settings purchases and rentals etc on my Apple TV 4K which will serve as my hub for HomeKit. I don’t want to share any of my purchases or Netflix etc with the guests so I figured I would just log out of apps like Netflix when I’m not there, but for my purchases etc is there a way to block the settings app? To keep guests from changing things etc? I’m aware it’s illegal to share my purchases etc with paying guests and that’s not what I want to do, I need the Apple TV for HomeKit hub and they can choose to log into their own Netflix account etc. but I want to block them from messing with my Apple ID and my purchases.

Probably best to get one Apple TV for TV-related use that guests can use (if you want to offer that), and one other device (Apple TV or other) for HomeKit, without interaction/physical access for guests.

A single Apple TV device is not really suited to cater to multiple accounts; or sign in to this, but not that; iCloud on, but not iCloud content, etc.

What if a guest purposefully or mistakenly tries to unplug or reset? That would disable HomeKit with all its consequences. You may want to exclude that possibility.

You can invite people to Share control of your home

As for the other part I would think signing out of iTunes would keep them out of your purchases, while staying in iCloud to run Homekit. I’m not entirely sure though, so it’s best to test that out. I couldn’t find a support document on that. I wouldn’t want to give you misleading advice.
