Tried opening in Safe mode. Didn't make any difference, don't have any extensions. Went in to remove plug-ins and noticed that the plugins nsIQTScriptablePlugin.xpt and Quick Time Plugin.plugin were in a separate folder under Internet Plugins labelled Disabled Plug-ins. Could this be my problem and if so, how do I fix it. I also received this message when opening my reminders, although they still worked. Thank you for your prompt response. Hope this all makes sense to you.

Hi Eric

Thanks so much once again for your prompt response but for some reason today when I started my computer facebook was working fine and the error message did not come up when I opened my reminders. I have no idea what all that was about but will try your other suggestions if it happens again. Btw, yesterday I did try opening another account but wasn't able to click on the + button. Thanks again.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.
