Dictation- how to start dictation for a new iPad Pro 12.9 user please

I have dictation turned on in settings...... so
How do I tap the dictation key.....??? Where is the dictation on iPad Pro 12.9 with the folio keyboard?
MY EMAIL IS T.L.SCHMITT@ICLOUD.COM...... PLEASE SEND ME THE ANSWER BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE I KNOW HOW TO FIND THE ANSWER IN THIS APPLE COMMUNITY....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Use the onscreen keyboard and tap the microphone key to the left of the spacebar.

To access the onscreen keyboard when using the Smart Keyboard Folio press and hold the disclosure chevron glyph on the right side of the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

To stop dictation tap the keyboard symbol.
