My son`s icloud id was lock . i`m not remember his birthday and security question for his icloud id . so recovery email was mine . when i reset his account with recovery email . ( Password reset mail send successfully ) but i`m not receiving any email from apple . what can i do for my son`s apple id .

Your primary Apple ID and password say example1@icloud.com is same as rescue mail address , the password for primary apple is forgotten and same with rescue mail address and you can't enter the Apple ID account , also answers for security questions / date of birth is not in your records .
in that case if you go to iforgot.apple.com and try to reset the password , you can't open rescue mail account as you don't know the password , the apple id is still active , but all methods are failing to enter the account .
For that always remember in future , if you create an Apple ID account the Apple ID address and rescue mail address and password should be different .

I didn`t receive any email from apple. The m....@i.....com was my email .
Go to iforgot.apple.com , type your Apple ID address in the field and click on continue check the box of I need to reset my password , click on continue .
Check the box of get an email and click on continue .
Then open your rescue mail account with web browser ( server account ) , open mail in the inbox > click on link reset password > two fields will be shown .
( a ) new password …..
( b ) verify password ….
Enter the credentials , and click on reset password , the password is changed .
