Target Display Mode with Windows 10 laptop

Hi. There is an option to connect my Windows laptop (Display Port and HDMI) to my iMac Mid 2011 27" as main or secondary monitor? I need to get bigger screen to resolve some excel spreed sheet and another kind of daily work.

I noticed in the Apple webpage that my iMac 2011 27" may work, but I am.not sure what kind of cable or adapter/connector will be needed to complete my project.

I will appreciate all of your support.

You're welcome. You could set up some sort of VNC sharing. Won't be very fast.

Thank you one more time, however, I would like to seek a physical alternative because my Windows laptop is a corporate computer, which suppose to has many restrictions to install or modify options.

If you hear about other way, I will appreciate you share it with me.

Target Display Mode only works Mac-to-Mac.

Thank you. Do you know another way to complete my project? I really need to extend or duplicate my Windows laptop to my iMac, it will be very helpful to me.
