Is there some terminal command (or some other way) that would force iCloud Drive to synchronise?

iCloud Drive not syncing with 2021 M1 Pro MacBook Pro Photos, Dropbox, Mail, One Drive, Adobe Creative Cloud all sych perfectly with the tranfer through Apples Migration Assistant from 2015 MacBook Pro. But iCloud Drive has stopped synching to new 2021 MacBook Pro M1Pro 16". Ipad 2021, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iMac 2019 all sych as usual, but iCloud Drive is not working on new MacBook Pro? Is it the M1 chip? I kept all passwords ID's same nothing was changed, Have search web and only sugestion is to create a new ID but that sounds like a way to discombobulate all my files - 375 GB on iCloud. Greg Burkett

Apple needs a "force iCloud Drive Sync" feature I regularly bounce between working on my iMac Pro and MacBook Pro and I need files to be in sync on iCloud Drive - all too often I have to wait as much as an hour or more for everything to sync up. Apple needs to add a menu item when we control click a file to 'force sync'. I don't need iCloud to review 70,000 files that haven't changed since yesterday.
