Why I can’t download music on my phone? I tried turning on/off icloud music library but it won’t download anyway. How it can be fixed and what is the problem? Thanks

You've tried logging out of the account, closing the apps via the phone's taskbar, and rebooting the phone ?
It is just music that's affected e.g. can you (re)download apps from the App Store ? Do the tracks download ok on your computer's iTunes ?
What happens when you try to download music from the iTunes Store app, and what have you tried to see if you can get it to download ?
As I mentioned before, I tried turning on/off iCloud music library (as it was discussed somewhere there) and restarting my phone. Tried download w mobile data, but still no result. That’s pretty much it, any ideas?
it Starts to spin, then the icon like it ‘start downloading’ but never finish downloading

I had this issue and tried all these steps mentioned and it worked do you have the latest iOS update?
Yes, only music, no problem with apps and also no problem w downloading songs on computer’s itunes :(
