Parents Permission

I have the parents permission thing on my phone. When asked, my mom says that it’s not her doing, but in fact Apple’s. Any way to remove this? It’s quite annoying to both me and my mom.

Do you mean Ask To Buy for the iTunes Store and Family Sharing, or do you mean Parental Restrictions?

Use Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - https://support.apple.com/HT201304 - "You can use Restrictions, also known as parental controls, to block or limit specific apps and features on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, including access to explicit content in the iTunes Store." Apple does not set up Parental Restriction automatically.

Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - hhttps://support.apple.com/HT201089

"The family organizer can turn on Ask to Buy for any family member who isn't an adult. It's on by default for any children under 13, and you'll be asked to set up Ask to Buy when inviting anyone under 18 to your family group.*"
