How do I set screen time app limit to zero?

is there a way to limit apps use by day? Like have games only available on the weekend (sat/sun). I tried setting different days to 0 minutes, but they just change to 1 minute.

iPad Pro, iOS 12

You cannot set it to zero minutes.
