how can i contact Apple support?
I have faced a problem with app purchase, i've downloaded an app with two weeks of trial, from the first day i knew i'm not gonna use that app, but i had time to think do i need it or not. I dont need this app and i hoped that i will get any kind of notification before they charge me for one year subscription, it's a lot and how can they do it when i didnt agree?
They gave me two weeks of trial to think, why would they charge me for it?
Last night i was charged for the app, all i want is to contact someone and discuss my problem, but i can't even do it.
When i report my problem i get an automatic reply and then when i want to contact Apple support they say "we're sorry", no man i'm sorry because i need that money back.
Please can anyone help me with that?
