Many Issues with App - referred to Apple Support

Hi to whom this may concern, 


I am emailing regarding my issues that I've come across upon using Fabulous. I love the interface, the aesthetic and the tools available on app. The concept of the app really drew me to subscribe and so I decided to invest in it however the app has continuously crashed and has glitched several times. I have not been able to use any of the features nor get my money's worth for this reason and it's especially difficult as this is money that I've saved up and invested in order to better my daily life. I have attempted several times to rectify the situation by the means available online and through your app but I haven't had any hope. No other app on my device crashes or glitches as this one has.  


I am writing to plead a refund on my Fabulous premium subscription. This would greatly take some weight of my shoulders.


Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
