I've been trying to submit an online request for over a month now but the website keeps going down. How can I get online support service? is there an email or something?
Its for a very particular reason so the other online options available won't do. I canceled a subscription before the free trial ended (like i don't even use the app). But i got several emails saying that I owe 60 dollars for the app.

I know I'm not speaking with Apple!! Thats why I asked here if there is another way to get online support because this link Contact - Official Apple Support keeps going down everytime i try to submit my online request.
