Why can't we reach a professional support person? We're not getting paid

I have a big problem with how I'm being charged for monthly services with no transparency - yet there's no support category for that and I have to turn to fellow users for answers. ?? How are others dealing with not getting professional service for such matters? Thanks. (Wow. One of the world's richest corporations can't provide customer service?)

They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
