I can’t write to you for Support, I get an error “make a request later”,

I can’t write to you for Support for smaller reasons, if only because I get an error “make a request later”, I’ve been charged for the annual subscription of the application, which I didn’t issue! I can make an assumption that my niece made it, and at night without asking about that any funds will be withdrawn - it has been withdrawn! I want to get a refund, help me make this happen, please
