Photo stream isn’t work
All the settings are on and still not sharing photos in my photo stream since I got a iPhone XS Max.

My Photo Stream is a rather old and does not support the new formats. See: My Photo Stream - Apple Support
Photo formats that you can use with My Photo Stream
My Photo Stream supports JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and most RAW photo formats. My Photo Stream doesn't support video or Live Photos.
If you want to use My Photo Stream, set the iPhone to take the photos in the JPEG format. Or use iCloud Photos to transfer your photos to your computer. Then you can also transfer videos or Live Photos and Portrait Mode photos.
