iPhone TV app only shows Recently Added for home sharing ibrary

Hi guys,

This has been an issue for a while but I got around it by deleting the TV show episode I wanted to watch and then re adding it before I went to bed.

On my iPhone and iPad I can only see a few tv shows and a few movies from my Home Sharing Library.

I have two Apple tv 4s and they show everything.

This isn't a reboot fix as I've tried that as well.

Any solutions?

This has been an issue since they forced the TV app on us.

Hello Drew777,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to find all the content you have in the TV app when using Home Sharing, as you only see the Recently Added. To help with this, tap the Library tab at the bottom, then tap the Library option in the upper left. From here select your Home Sharing library, then tap Library again in the upper left and select TV Shows or Movies. This will then show all of the content being shared with Home Sharing from iTunes on your computer.
