It has taken the $15 from the gift card AND charged my credit card $15 as well!!

I am TRYING to use and iTunes gift card. somehow, it has taken the $15 from the gift card AND charged my credit card $15 as well!!

I want the $15 BACK on my credit card and I would STILL like to make my purchase FROM the GIFT CARD!!!

Even with a $30 credit, it keeps trying to bill my card AGAIN!!!!
