I get a popup message from Adobe to update my Flash Player almost every day.
I downloaded and installed it the first time. But now I'm getting the same message over and over again. I actually installed it twice because I thought the first time didn't install correctly. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I get to go away, it overrides whatever I'm doing when it arrives.

I strongly suggest uninstalling Adobe Flash Player: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html. You will no longer be harassed for updates.
Adobe announced its demise a long time ago. Support for it ends at the end of next year.
I don't know of a single website or service that requires it any longer. Legitimate developers moved on a long time ago.

That's not a legit Adobe notice. You installed adware/malware. Try running Malwarebytes. It may get rid of it.

The two times I installed it, it was from the Adobe website. So unless they're able to spoof that, I think it was OK. I did run Malware, and it didn't find anything. As I said, it comes up daily, sometimes two or three times. It happens only on my iMac, but not on my Macbook Pro. ?
In Sys Prefs>Flash Player>Updates tab, what is selected?
I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and have had no problems with this since. I also haven't had any problems with websites that require Adobe Flash.
