My iPhone is frozen the game won’t move

Force restart the device - On an iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

Once you force restart the device you can delete the app normally

Try going to settings>general>reset>and reset the network settings.

Contact the developer. The server could be down.
