Being overcharged by Golf Battle app

I was suspicious of being way overcherged by the game app Golf Battle. To prove it to myself first I had stopped buying items from the game app. I let over 2 weeks go by to make all purchases made it through and their was no late purchases that hadn’t gone through. I then made a $1.99 purchase a few days ago. It showed up today as 2 purchases each $1.99?!.

One clearly doesn't belong there. What do I do now that I’ve gone and figured out what I’ve been overcharged. How do I go about reporting and getting reimbursed?
