iMac Hardware Test error 4MEM/62/40000000: 0x80a7e990

I have got this message while doing hardware test: "Apple Hardware Test has detected an error. 4MEM/62/40000000: 0x80a7e990".

Also, my iMac never shut down or restart. I have to hold power button to force it to turn off every time.

apple hardware test error code hi everyone. i run an imac 21.5 inch mid 2011. for a restarting issue i did apple diagnostics and found hardware issue. first code was : 4M0T/4/40000002:0DD-0. next i do the extended test and found this code: 4mem/60/40000000:0x8874be98 what does all that mean ? i am not an expert, just a normal user. i installed a 256 GB SSD and a cooling fan 1 month age. the problem started from last 15 days. operating system is High Sierra in SSD. I tried reinstalling OS but in the middle .... not successful and restarting problem remains same. please help me.

Imac 2011 hardware test error I have a 2011 imac 27 inch with an error code from software testing. The code is 4 MEM/9/40000000: 0x88922f18. If anyone has any idea what this is please let me know. Thanks

That error message indicates a problem with memory in your iMac. It could be a loose card so remove and reseat cards then check for error again. If that does resolve problem, you need to replace memory cards.
