Iphone unknown error.

I am trying to restore my I phone 7 plus in iTunes but when the process of restoring was happening a message pop up stating that unknown error 6014. can you please help me fix this matter. My phone also running slow because of to much heat in the phone.

I can't find anything on an error 6014 on an iPhone. Are you sure you got the number right?
