What does the "30 days remaining" indicate for a new PC just added to iTunes Match?

I just purchased a new PC and have added it to my list of devices for iTunes Match. However, when I look at my account I see "Associated March 24, 2019 -- 30 days remaining". What does the "30 days remaining" indicate? I'm in the process of retiring my old PC and will shortly turn off iTunes match on that machine and I don't want to lose any functionality due to the switch to the new PC.

I would have said it refers to the above but "30 days" for a new device does not make sense.
