Apple ID Verification

I have been bugged by the "Apple ID verification". Even though I've changed my Apple ID and all the passwords in iCloud and Apple websites (I can't remember my previous passwords and Apple's FAQ also indicated that all passwords will be updated), it still ask for the password.

I even changed the ID and password in iCloud but nothing works. It is really frustrating.

Can anyone help?
