Using spectral analyzer on an armed track

My mix comes out of an analog console through a mixbus chain to a HEDD 192 converter and on to a stereo digital input on my interface. I have a PRINT stereo track in logic with the digital input selected used to print my mixes. Can someone advise on a method to view the spectral analyzer on my armed stereo print track so I can make some last minute EQ adjustments prior to recording a print? I can use the channel EQ spectral analyser on the track once recorded but its a waste of time. The channel EQ doesn't seem to work prior to printing. Is there another way to display a spectral analyser in Logic on an armed track?

Thanks
