I have the iPhone Xs Max, my screen was a mess, so I went to an Apple Official Store to repair it, but I forgot to ask if it will still be water proof/resistant after de repair, now I`m afraid of my iPhone to be near water at all times.
So my question is, Does the repair make my iPhone Xs Max still water resistant/proof like when i bought it, or it make it less durable to it?

NO. That is NOT what that means. You are confusing laboratory testing under controlled conditions with real world use.
You should NEVER intentionally expose it to liquids.
But then why they say it is fp 68 and you can put it under water 2 hours and it'll be fine
