Upgrade to iOS 12.2 Removed all my ApplePay cards and...

Hello! Just updated my iOS from my iPhone 7 to iOS 12.2. All ApplePay cards dissapeared from my Wallet and I am not allowed to add them back. The following error shows up:

Unable to Add Another Card

You have added the maximum of 8 cards for ApplePay.

You can remove one of your current cards to add a new one.

When I go to the Settings>Wallet & ApplePay, it does not show any cards to remove. Last week I had to change my phone's screen which might have to do with removing all my cards and adding them again, but I have no idea where to go from here.
