Error updating system to version macOS 10.14.4 Update

Hello

Today came the update (macOS 10.14.4 Update ) system. I downloaded it and the computer went to reboot to install it. All that is great and no problems. After the first reboot from the installation process, the following screen appeared and the installation was interrupted :

I rebooted the computer and my system returned to its former (before updated) state. I decided to understand what was happening and follow the instructions that had been proposed by the program (see screenshot). I turned off the computer and when turned on, re-clamped the power button and the D key. And then the following happened: a window appeared internet recovery and then here is the inscription:

I rebooted again, but the computer returned to the same state as it was before the update was installed (by the way, which is in my System settings). Maybe there are people who have encountered similar problems, what should I do with them and how? Thank you in advance for all the help.

My system mac mini (2012, Mojave 10.14.3 )

It hasn't been solved as to why some people have problems & not others, for instance recently many had a problem with the Security Update 2019-002, leaving many people having to reinstall or recover using Time Machine, then a few days later Apple released a silent update for the Security Update 2019-002 which worked for many more people.

I would think we'd see a lot more with your problem, or maybe Apple will or has released a silent fix for the update.

Installing the updates while in Safe Mode seems to be a surer bet for many.

Might download this & install it in Safe Mode...

Whew, feel lucky that you're back to where you were... I'd hold off for awhile & see if others have this proble, there's a fix, or Apple releases a newer update.
