Mystery unread mail message...

In my inbox, no matter the device I look at it from, there keeps showing a badge for 1 unread message. Yet that message is nowhere to be found. How do I correct this, across all my devices? I use all the proprietary Apple mail apps, on my Mac, iPhone and iPad.

MacBook Pro 15", 10.14

Make a new Smart Mailbox that only includes Unread Mails, do they show in that Smartbox?
