My IPhone X some times doesnt sound and doesnt vibrate

My phone has this problem where from nowhere does not sound and does not vibrate and when you try and play a song or any media with sound it freezes, some time the phone just sounds and vibrates with a soft restart, the thing is that i tried a soft restart, a hard restart, but nothing seems to help, i noticed that this hapened when i connect bluetooth devices ( Airpods, Beats Studios 3). I dont know what to do and i cant find anything to solve it, if someone knows how to repair it please help me.
