My videos in my gallery won’t play offline
My videos on my phone won’t play. I have to have internet to watch them. I can click on the video and all the pops up is a circle with and exclamation mark inside of it. What won’t my videos play offline?
This is because they're stored in iCloud rather than locally in your device. You allowed this when you enabled iCloud photos and optimize iPhone storage. If you don't want this and you have enough storage, you can switch to "download and keep originals" to redownload your photos and videos so that they'll play offline.
