Terminal Errors -bash eval line 4

When accessing my Terminal on my MBP I get the following errors.

-bash: eval: line 4: unexpected EOF while looking for matching ``'

-bash: eval: line 5: syntax error: unexpected end of file

I understand what the errors mean I am just not sure where the error is being caused to fix it.

I have removed all my bash_profile settings and I still get the error.

After some searching some advice was to try reset the Terminal by removing the com.apple.Terminal file under ~/Library/Preferences but this still did not work.

I understand that when the Terminal loads it look for the following files:

 /etc/profile
~/.bash_profile
~/.bash_login
~/.profile

I have compared /etc/profile to another mac and that looks correct. (Contents and file permission)

I have removed my bash profile and still the error is present.

I do not have a bash_login or .profile

This Mac is on a AD so not sure if IT have pushed something that may have broken it. As it was fine last week but on Monday I started getting the error.

The Terminal does work fine and I can still use all the functionality it just annoying seeing this error.

Any Advice ?
