How to get purchased apps on other devices
How do I get apps purchased on iPhone to download on iPad? Without having to buy them again.

Open the App Store icon on the iPad, tap the circular user icon, tap Purchased, tap Not on this iPad, tap the download icon.
If you want apps purchased on the iPhone in the future to automatically download to the iPad, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and turn on automatic downloads for apps.
