Is it possible to have an app that I downloaded from App Store (iPhone 12 most recent iOS) appear on my phone but not showing in my purchases?

Thank you . Not an option nor is hidden apps option on my 12. Not under purchased, not under “not on this phone” I gues my only option now is to contact Apple?

You are saying that you cannot slide across the name of an app from right to left to reveal the hide button for any apps in the Purchased list?

Yes I can hide apps. I have now found missing ones thank you
