Access to old iCloud account

I can’t get into my old iCloud account because I had to change phone number & get a new phone because of a stalker situation. & I didn’t change the number on the account to my new one & now it won’t let me log in. If there’s anyway I can get help, id appreciate it. I have photos of my son from his birth on there, I’m a writer & some shorties & other ideas in my notes & I have passwords that I need also in my notes. I have the username & password to that old iCloud account & can answer the security questions as well. I just need that information recovered.
