I have skullcandy crusher headphones and they Bluetooth connect fine with my iPad. However, when I try to pair with my iPad Pro the Pro doesn’t recognise the device. Anybody know why?

Because they are already paired with your iPad. And you're likely not putting them in pairing mode for the iPad Pro. Turn Bluetooth off on the iPad they are already paired with, then put them in pairing mode to pair with your iPad Pro.
