I have very small wrist - any chance the watch can fit?
The smaller of the two watches (series 4) is designed to fit wrists that are 135-190mm and the larger of the two watches is designed to fit wrists that are 145-220mm with the sport loop installed. Since it is an infinite type adjustment you should be able to tighten it enough to fit. Here is the link to the page I used for this information - Buy Apple Watch Series 4 - Apple

If you are near an Apple store stop in and try them on.
Wrist measures 6 3/4", or 16mm (if I calculated right) So you see why I'm wondering about the fit.
6.75 inches is 171.45mm or 17.145cm. You should be able to wear either watch with zero issues.
