Does any one have a problem like me? My iphone XS max turns into a black screen and cannot be opened or charged. It happens out of the blue. This is the third time happening to me and this time phone is not responding to anything at all.
Last 2 times, it happens for a few hour and when i tried to charge it with cable, the screen with apple logo pop back and the phone was running again.

I suggest you call Apple support. And then arrange an appointment with your local Apple store. As this should not behaving like this for a new iPhone. Check you have updated to iOS 12.2
