New Iphone XS Max Black Screen

Does any one have a problem like me? My iphone XS max turns into a black screen and cannot be opened or charged. It happens out of the blue. This is the third time happening to me and this time phone is not responding to anything at all.

Last 2 times, it happens for a few hour and when i tried to charge it with cable, the screen with apple logo pop back and the phone was running again.
