Parental control, can you shut down apps/games remotely?

Would like to control my kid's access to apps and sites remotely. is this possible?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you'd like to control the apps your child uses with their iOS device remotely.


You'd be able to place limits on your child's device with using Screen Time. With Screen Time, you can schedule Downtime for your child, allowing only calls and apps of your choosing to be used when set. You'd also be able to block certain apps from being able to be used with the Always Allowed setting, and you can set limits on app categories.
