This may be a feature that is already available and I’m just missing it, but I thought I’d ask.
Is it possible in the iPhones settings to only accept calls from people in my contact list? Ideally then all the spoofed numbers, IRS arrest messages, free cruises, credit card refi, etc would automatically go to my voicemail.

You may have already figured this out, but I'm adding this information for anyone else finding this topic.
When you do the steps above, your phone will only ring for people in your Contacts list. But, all other calls will go to voicemail. Depending on how many junk calls you were getting per day/week, your voicemail box may fill up rather quickly.
