Block SPAM phone calls

98% of the phone calls I get are SPAM. I never pick up the phone anymore unless the person calling is already on my contact list - otherwise unfamiliar/unknown numbers must leave a voice message - if the caller wishes to communicate with me.

Is it possible to set up my iPhone such that it ONLY rings when the person calling is already on my contact list?

Yes. Investigate DND (Do Not Disturb). Set it up in Settings and then take a look at the control center for some neat ways to activate it. Mine is configured to allow calls only from Favorites. I used control center to set it to active until I leave this location.

Getting back to the Settings. Mine is always active at 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
