Tried to search the forum for answers but no luck. Does anyone know if Apples Home app supports Critical Alerts? I have multiple cameras and detectors, all HomeKit compatible and it would be great if the Home app it self was enabled for Critical alerts overriding Do Not Disturb setting, however I can't find the switch to flip anywhere in the Notifications settings.

Not every app has the ability to issue a critical alert. Instead, third-party app makers must apply to Apple for permission to include the feature in their app.
So, contact the developers of your cameras and detectors.

Home app collects and provides you with data from 3rd party developers since Apple doesn't have their own smart systems for home. Anyway, contact all of them for sooner implementing of that feature.
Thanks for your quick reply but my question really is about Apple's own Home app, not third party apps. Since I mostly use notifications generated by the Home app, not the apps from third parties it would be nice if say a motion detection is triggered when I am not at home, it should be issued as a critical alert from the Home app. Today it is just a "normal" notification generated by the Home app.
