Locking notes

Trying to lock a note but I don't see the lock button in my notes app. I have the latest update and hardware. What else can I do?

Locks I am unable to lock any of my notes because it does not give me the option to lock anything. What do I need to do? I have the latest software, I shut down and reboot the notes app and I get nothing. No one at the Apple Store was able to figure it out either .
