How do I delete individual unwanted holidays from my 10 iPhone and iPad? I want to keep US holidays only.

You can't delete individual holidays from a subscription calendar. You can unsubscribe to the calendar and find one you like better to subscribe to.

Note that, as there is no such thing as an "official U.S. holiday", you're going to need to look for something like Federal Employees holidays if you want the holidays the U.S. government agencies observe.
