User Authentication Popup not working for Printing

We have several Apple computers in the office. We print to Konica Minoltas. Mostly c458 and c659, but also some c654e and 754e. We use authentication to print in color so we can track them. This feature has always worked until a few months ago. When using Safari or Preview, the user authentication box will not pop up. It works fine with Chrome and Adobe, but many of our user would prefer to use Apple native software. What am I missing?

Asking for username and password and hold for authentication message when printing I am prompted to this when I try to print from any Apple device (MacBook Pro, IPads, and IPhones) however it works fine with my DELL lap top which is running Windows 7. It was working fine until I moved and connect to a new wi-fi. I almost tried everything, delete the printer and reinstall it, reset the printer, tried combinations of username and passwords, but nothing happened. This applies for the wi-fi print, direct print, and even USB connection. Only e-print is working via the email. How can I get rid of this on all my Apple devices. I tried with HP support but got nothing. The printer is HP DeskJet 2600 All in one

Printing to Brother HLL8360CDW printer via WIFI Two iMacs using the printer, one connected via a USB, and one connected via WIFI. In trying to print from the WIFI connected iMac, I get the following message: "Waiting for Authentication". I've entered several different passwords, all to no avail. Both iMacs are using Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. Help, please.
