I have this issue too - the website I'm trying to access is superdrug.com

I've accessed it a few months ago without any issue but now can't access it on laptop or phone (phone is android).

This is the exact message:

The number is different each time.

I've cleared caches and cookies and restarted machines but no difference. No parental controls

Thanks for your help

You can troubleshoot yourself —

Interesting both wifi and cellular fail...

From spotlight you enter Network Utility.app you can copy and paste your "superdrug.com" and run a trace route on this internet address and see if it times out or other issues:

This could be associated with your location or ISP, this may all be beyond your control.

It could also be on a Spamhause block list—if it is a "valid" site, these issue tend to resolve themselves given time, and get removed from the block list.

I see 2 stalls and and a redirect:

I have just tried to access the link and it works fine. However, in the top right corner of the home page is a small country flag where you can chose to do your shopping. The countries listed are small in number - UK, Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland. Are you trying to access the site from a country other than these? If so, perhaps this is preventing access.
