I have this issue too - the website I'm trying to access is superdrug.com
I've accessed it a few months ago without any issue but now can't access it on laptop or phone (phone is android).
This is the exact message:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 9016763220456446920
The number is different each time.
I've cleared caches and cookies and restarted machines but no difference. No parental controls

Thanks - I think you're right. The website said that it is probably because they don't deliver to NZ. Just a shame I can't browse even if I'm not buying
